01What you get

From a measured identity to the documents that carry it

Open a row to see what is inside it. Every sample, swatch and name shown on this page is invented — never a client's material.

  1. D-01

    Brand identity guide

A standard any designer, printer or agency can follow without guessing — colours are provably legible, Arabic is handled correctly, fonts are safe to use commercially, and every piece can be approved or returned against objective checks.

    What is inside
    • An interactive guide with an English/Arabic toggle, a light/dark toggle, text-size controls and click-to-copy swatches
    • A palette sampled pixel by pixel from your logo artwork and clustered by hue, with core colours, highlights and background measured separately
    • Core colours with HEX, RGB and CMYK, contrast on light and dark, origin, use and never-use rules
    • An eleven-step ramp per colour family built in OKLCH for perceptually even lightness steps, with named tokens and an area-proportion rule
    • Two peer canvases, light and dark, each with its own rules; effects such as glow reserved for the dark one
    • Logo lock-ups with clear space, minimum sizes for screen and print, and restricted uses
    • A licence-checked typography system with Arabic partner faces, setting rules and a full colour-on-colour contrast matrix in WCAG 2.2 and APCA
    • Applied examples in both themes, do/don’t pairs, a pre-release checklist and print notes — every statement labelled measured, practice or verify

    • A business-letter scaffold with grey bracketed placeholders for date, recipient, subject, body and signature
    • A full-page designed letterhead: artwork at print resolution, a faint centred watermark and a company block placed behind the text
    • Margins set so the body flows in the clear area, and the branding repeats on every page automatically
    • An existing letterhead can be re-skinned into the brand instead of redesigned from zero

02How it runs

Measured, labelled, and generated by code

The same steps for a new identity or a new set of documents. Each one leaves something you can read, compare or sign off.

  1. Start from what you have

We measure your existing logo artwork pixel by pixel rather than replacing it by default, and re-skin an existing letterhead into the system instead of redesigning it from zero.

    Provenance notes
  2. Derive the system by measurement

Colour is clustered by hue into eleven-step OKLCH ramps and admitted to the palette only once it passes explicit tests; every pairing is checked in WCAG 2.2 and APCA, and every rule is labelled measured, practice or verify.

    Brand identity guide
  3. Design Arabic and English together

Each Latin typeface is given a chosen Arabic partner, set with its own rules — no letter-spacing, no fake bold, extra line-height — with layouts that mirror and Arabic set first in bilingual pieces.

    Bilingual type system
  4. Generate the documents

Letterheads, business documents and print art are generated by code rather than hand-assembled, with an editable source delivered alongside every final file and placeholders styled to be obvious.

    Editable templates
  5. Map documents to how they are judged

Capability statements and proposal templates are built criterion by criterion against how an evaluator actually scores, with a pending-confirmation list standing in for any figure not yet confirmed.

    Capability statement
  6. Explore, narrow and record the decision

Name candidates and logo directions are checked and compared side by side, narrowed with you to a documented choice, and kept in a decision log with earlier versions marked superseded.

03What sets the work apart

Proof you can check, not taste alone

What we can show your team on the first call.

  • Palette provenance by measurement

Colour is sampled from your own artwork and clustered by hue, not picked by eye, and admitted to the palette only once it passes explicit tests.

  • Accessibility scored, not asserted

Every colour pairing is checked in WCAG 2.2 and APCA, and background recipes are ranked and referenced by ID so a brief can cite exactly which one to use.

  • Every rule labelled measured, practice or verify

You can see at a glance which guideline is proven, which is established practice, and which still needs a physical press proof.

  • Real bilingual craft

Each Latin typeface has a chosen Arabic partner set with its own rules — no letter-spacing, no fake bold, extra line-height — and Arabic comes first in bilingual pieces.

  • Documents generated by code

Letterheads, templates and print art are generated rather than hand-assembled, so a change is one edit and the brand repeats correctly on every page of a Word letter.

  • Honest about data

A figure we cannot confirm is a placeholder or sits on a pending-confirmation list, never an invented number standing in for one.

07Questions decision-makers ask

What clients ask before they commit

Straight answers to what a founder or a bid team asks first.

Can you work with our existing logo instead of redesigning it?

Yes, and that is usually where we start. We measure the palette from your artwork, rebuild clean versions for documents, and build the system around what you already have.

Do you design in Arabic as well as English?

Yes. Arabic is designed in its own right, not translated: each English typeface has an Arabic partner, the layout mirrors, and Arabic rules are followed — no letter-spacing, no fake bold, extra line-height.

What files do we receive?

Editable sources plus finals: Word and PowerPoint templates, PDFs, an interactive HTML guide where relevant, and logo and asset files in PNG and SVG. Colour tokens can also be supplied for your developers.

Can our staff edit the letterhead themselves?

Yes. Letterheads are real Word templates. The branding repeats on every page automatically; your team just replaces the placeholder text.

How do you make sure colours and text are readable?

We compute contrast for every colour combination in WCAG 2.2 and APCA and publish minimum text sizes for each background. Anything that needs a physical check, such as print ink matches, is marked for a press proof.

Is the logo work bespoke design?

It is AI-assisted exploration, presentation and clean-up: several directions explored quickly and narrowed with you, not a single hand-drawn concept built from a blank page. We say so plainly.

Will you show our documents to other clients?

No. Client work stays confidential; we do not publish client documents or name clients without permission.
