02How it runs

Research, plan, then measure — on a fixed cycle

Six steps for a new programme or the next campaign. Each one leaves something you can read, run or check.

  1. Find the real business model

Work out who actually pays — tenants, sponsors or customers — and split the plan into a supply-side and a demand-side track.

    Go-to-market strategy
  2. Baseline and benchmark

Every channel is read and saved as a dated file that is never overwritten, and competitors are researched from public data: their content patterns, efficiency and the hashtag gaps a client could own.

    Channel audit
  3. Vet influencers, build outreach

Creators are scored on a weighted formula, checked for inflated followers and matching identities, and confirmed against the UAE advertiser licence; outreach then goes out with verified targets and Arabic templates, value first.

    Influencer directory
  4. Produce content, Arabic-first

Copy is written per platform and per audience, in dialect-aware Arabic first, with its own English version alongside it.

    Content pack
  5. Run paid media from live data

Campaigns are ranked by cost per useful action to find the funnel’s biggest leak, then the waste stops, what works scales, and urgency is added; budget moves on a fixed two-day cycle, and nothing that changes spend or account settings happens without the owner’s approval.

    Paid-media audit
  6. Fix tracking, then report

Tracking is fixed by walking the real purchase path and checking the sample is large enough to judge; results are then reported through reproducible bilingual PDFs, with compliance — permits, promotions, influencer licensing — checked throughout.

03What sets the work apart

What you can check, not what we promise

What we can show on the first call.

  • Arabic-first and dialect-aware

We choose Gulf, Modern Standard or another colloquial register per audience, follow Arabic typesetting rules, and report in proper right-to-left Arabic.

  • Honest measurement, built in

“Zero sales is not yet a signal” until enough traffic has arrived, estimates are labelled, mistakes are corrected in place, and paid social is treated as a support channel, not a promised result.

  • Influencer vetting beyond follower counts

Including the UAE licence check and the legal exposure spelled out before any money changes hands.

  • Paid media is run, not just planned

Live pulls from Meta and TikTok, breakdown rankings, recovered message leads, and a written rule for moving budget.

  • Tracking forensics

Finding where a third-party checkout stops reporting, verifying the funnel live, and writing the exact fix request.

  • Growth at zero media cost

Partner posts, collab posts, tag loops and partner-funded giveaways used deliberately to lower the blended cost per sale.

07Questions decision-makers ask

Before you commit

Straight answers to what an owner or a board asks first.

Do you only plan campaigns, or do you actually run the ads?

Both. We write the strategy and the campaign build specs, and we can run campaigns too: pull live data from your Meta and TikTok ad accounts, restructure campaigns, move budget on a fixed rule, and report back. Anything that changes spend or account settings happens only with your approval.

Can you promise a sell-out or a set number of sales?

No, and we will explain why. Paid social is a support channel — the rest of the result comes from your own audience, partners, sales channels and word of mouth. What we do is make every channel measurable and cut waste quickly.

How do you choose which influencers to work with?

Not by follower count. We score each creator on how close their audience is to yours, niche fit, engagement quality, reach and activity, check for inflated followers, paid posts and matching identities across platforms, and confirm a valid UAE advertiser licence before any deal is made.

Do you write in Arabic, or translate from English?

We write Arabic first, choosing the register for the audience and the moment, and follow Arabic typesetting rules on every design. English is written as its own parallel version, not a translation of the Arabic.

Our ads spend money but we cannot see where sales come from. Can you help?

Yes. We walk the real purchase path to find where tracking breaks — including a third-party checkout or ticketing page — audit the conversion settings, set up tracking links, and write the exact fix request for any platform involved. Until tracking works, results are judged on total spend against actual sales.

Do you cover UAE advertising rules?

Yes: how permit numbers must appear in ads, advertising permits, permits for giveaways and competitions, and influencer licensing — built into the templates, not left to chance.

Is any of this run using our competitors’ or other clients’ data?

No. Research is built from public data and your own accounts only. Client work stays confidential — we do not publish client documents, figures or names, and the samples on this page use invented data.

What access do we need to give you?

For an audit, read-only access to the ad accounts, page admin and analytics; for campaigns we run, the access needed to make changes — and nothing that changes spend or account settings happens without your approval. Plus whatever brand material already exists. We check account security (partners, users, two-factor sign-in) as part of the first pass.

08Scope and confidentiality

Who it is for, and in what form

  • Event organisers, venues and ticketed-experience businesses in the UAE and GCC
  • Businesses with two audiences to win — partners, tenants or sellers on one side and customers on the other
  • New or small UAE businesses launching with little awareness
  • Retail and consumer brands that need bilingual Arabic and English social media
  • Businesses whose ad accounts spend without clear results or working tracking
  • Organisations looking for sponsors or partners
  • Owners who want an in-house team equipped with playbooks and templates rather than a permanent agency dependency

Arabic written first for the Gulf audience, with a full English version, and Arabic typesetting rules followed in every design.

Documents, decks, spreadsheets and print-ready PDFs, alongside the hands-on, live management of paid ad accounts.

Client work stays confidential. We do not publish client documents or name clients without their permission.
