See the system, before it is built

A clickable bilingual prototype, a full commercial and technical proposal, a hosting specification, a concept demo film and pitch decks — one glossary and one palette, told once and reused across every piece.

Who it is for For government and semi-government bodies, boards and investors who want to see and sign off on a system before any budget is committed, and for teams that also need a hosting bill of materials alongside the offer.

01What you get

From the idea to something you can see and sign

Open a row to see what is inside it. Every piece is clearly labelled as a concept that uses invented data — never a specific engagement, named or otherwise.

  1. D-01

    Clickable interactive prototype

Stakeholders click through the whole future system in a meeting, or on their phones through a private link, before any budget is committed.

    What is inside
    • A single-page, clickable mock-up of the whole proposed system, filled with invented sample data
    • Role-based sign-in — management, control room, front desk, and field staff on a phone
    • A KPI dashboard and a live site map with switchable layers, drawn to real dimensions
    • An alert and escalation flow with a countdown, and a mobile capture flow inside a phone frame
    • Reports with a natural-language assistant, and a before/after coverage view
    • Security, data sovereignty and settings with an audit log
    • A documents page where people read the proposal online or download it
    • Arabic and English switch live, with full right-to-left layout and a visible "concept demo" tag throughout
    Formats:
    • Interactive prototype
    • Private link
    Languages:
    • English

  2. D-02

    Commercial and technical proposal

One document that answers what happens, in which order, at what price, under which conditions and with which risks — in plain language, with Arabic written as Arabic, not translated afterwards.

    What is inside
    • Arabic and English versions that mirror each other page for page
    • A one-page executive summary, and our understanding of the current situation
    • The solution architecture, including a table of specialised AI agents with one job each
    • Security and data sovereignty, with a handover checklist the client can verify
    • Phased scope with an acceptance criterion for each deliverable, and an explicit out-of-scope list
    • Hosting options compared, an integration matrix, a timeline and responsibilities on both sides
    • Pricing by phase, milestone-triggered payments, support terms, assumptions and a risks table
    • An optional paid discovery phase, credited against the project if the client continues
    Formats:
    • Word
    • PDF
    • Web page
    Languages:
    • English
    • Arabic
  3. D-03

    Hosting and server specification

IT and procurement get a concrete infrastructure bill to budget against, with hardware kept clearly outside the software price.

    What is inside
    • What the system stores, and what stays in your existing systems
    • What drives server size — event sources, daily volume, retention and AI workload
    • On-premise tiers — pilot, full platform, ready to expand — with cores, memory, GPU, storage, network, rack and power
    • Cloud tiers, with a data-residency note for each
    • What the client must provide, and a recommendation
    • Kept separate from the proposal on purpose, so specifications can change without reissuing it
    Formats:
    • Word
    • PDF
    • Web page
    Languages:
    • English
    • Arabic
  4. D-04

    Concept demo film kit

A film that carries the story and shows the product without filming on site — rebuilt in the other language, or after a wording change, by running one command.

    What is inside
    • A scene-by-scene script with on-screen titles and timed two-line captions
    • A shot list of AI-generated scenes, with a must-not-appear list — no readable text, no real logos, no recognisable people
    • A montage timeline — tracks, in and out points, transitions, overlay positions, music cues and safe zones
    • Automated screen recordings of the prototype, in each language
    • Scene files trimmed to their slots with captions burned in, plus transparent caption overlays
    • An end card and a cut sheet saying where every file goes
    • Works with captions alone if no voice-over is wanted
    Formats:
    • MP4
    • PNG overlays
    • Script and timeline
    Languages:
    • English

The case made in the audience’s own language and register, with every number sourced on the slide and every estimate flagged as one.

    What is inside
    • Decks generated from code, for a consistent layout every time
    • A concept deck for a decision-maker, and a stakeholder pitch written in the audience’s own register
    • Public statistics cited on the slide, strategic goals and the option rationale
    • An economic-impact model with three scenarios labelled “illustrative”, its assumptions shown
    • Knock-on effects, a multi-stage roadmap, partner credentials and numbered next steps
    • Bilingual strategy decks with English and Arabic side by side on every slide
    • Animated web decks with a 3D hero element, exported to a landscape PDF

    • A comparison of open-weight models
    • Hardware and cloud cost tiers
    Formats:

    Languages:
    • English
    • Arabic
02How it runs

One concept, built once and reused everywhere

The same steps whatever the concept — each one leaves something you can read, watch or click through.

  1. Lock the words and the brand first

From the source concept, we fix a bilingual glossary, a dated decision log and the product facts no deliverable may contradict, then carry the exact brand — colours, fonts, motifs — into the prototype, the documents and the film.

Glossary, decision log and brand kit
  2. Build the prototype first

The clickable prototype comes first, written Arabic-first with English mirroring it exactly, built to run anywhere: no build step, invented bilingual data, a map drawn to real dimensions, phone frames for mobile flows.

    Clickable interactive prototype
  3. Test it before it ships

Headless screenshots of every screen in both languages with console errors captured, an overflow audit at phone and tablet widths, and interaction tests in two browser engines — zero failures, then a check on real phones.

    QA report, zero failures
  4. Let the prototype write everything else

The prototype is the single visual source: a script captures its screens straight into the proposal, and another records scripted walk-throughs for the film — so the proposal, the hosting specification and the film all tell the same story.

Proposal, hosting specification and film footage
  5. Make it easy to say yes

An optional paid discovery phase, an acceptance criterion for each deliverable, payments tied to signed acceptance, an explicit out-of-scope list and a risks table — with prices and server specifications kept in their own companion document so they can change without reissuing the proposal.

    Signed acceptance
  6. Review every piece together

Each review round is applied to the prototype, the proposal and the film at once, so the three pieces never drift apart.

    One reviewed concept
03What sets the work apart

What a decision-maker can check on the spot

What we can open in the meeting itself, on a laptop or a phone.

  • One concept, three synchronised pieces

The prototype supplies the proposal’s figures and the film’s footage, and all three share one glossary and one palette.

  • Arabic-first, with real right-to-left output

Word documents, the prototype and the film captions all render true right-to-left Arabic, in the product font so the letters join correctly.

  • Works offline

The prototype opens from a double-click with no internet connection, and we can also share it on a private link that works on a phone.

  • Mobile tested, not assumed

Automated overflow audits at several widths and interaction tests in two browser engines, then a check on real phones.

  • Proposals built to be signed

An optional discovery phase, an acceptance criterion for every deliverable, milestone payments and an explicit out-of-scope list.

  • Honesty built in

A "concept demo" label on every screen and frame, invented data declared as invented, and the pitch decks’ economic models labelled illustrative.

07Questions decision-makers ask

Before you commit

Straight answers to what a decision-maker asks before signing off on a concept.

Can you show us the system before anything is built?

Yes. We build a clickable prototype of the whole flow, screen by screen and role by role, filled with invented sample data. It opens from a single file with no internet, so it works in any meeting room, and we can also share it on a private link that works on phones.

Is the prototype real software?

No. It is a faithful concept of the screens and the journey, with invented data and a visible "concept demo" label. Its job is to agree what should be built before any budget is committed.

What does a proposal from you include?

An executive summary, our understanding of the situation, the solution, security, phased scope with an acceptance criterion for each deliverable, what is out of scope, hosting, integration, timeline, responsibilities on both sides, pricing by phase, a milestone payment plan, support terms, risks and terms — as Word, PDF and a web page.

Can the proposal cover servers and hosting?

Yes, in a separate companion document with on-premise and cloud options, what drives the size, and indicative cost ranges. It can be updated on its own when prices change.

Can you make a demo film without filming on site?

Yes. AI-generated scenes carry the story and recordings of the prototype show the product. Captions are timed so the film works without a voice-over, and both language versions share one cut.

How do you keep the numbers honest in a pitch deck?

Every statistic cites its source on the slide, and every modelled estimate is labelled illustrative, with its assumptions shown, until real data confirms it.

Is the material written in Arabic, or translated from English?

Arabic first, as the client-facing language, from the source concept — English is written afterwards to mirror it exactly, and each technical term is explained in plain words the first time it appears.

Who sees the concept, and can it be shown to anyone else?

Client work stays confidential: we do not show your concept, its subject or its figures elsewhere, and we do not name a client without permission. The build itself favours on-premise data, least-privilege access and an audit log that cannot be edited.

08Scope and confidentiality

Who it is for, and in what form

  • Government and semi-government bodies evaluating a new operational system
  • Companies that must pitch a system or platform to a board or a public authority before funding
  • Founders and business owners who want a proposal and a prototype to win a contract or investment
  • Event, hospitality and venue operators seeking partners, sponsors or authority support
  • IT and procurement teams that need a hosting bill of materials alongside a software offer
  • Organisations in the UAE and wider Gulf that need Arabic-first material for decision-makers

Arabic and English throughout, written Arabic-first with English mirroring it exactly; one deliverable, the site or venue layout plan, is Arabic only.

Clickable HTML prototypes, Word and PDF proposals with a read-online web version, presentation decks in PowerPoint and HTML, and short MP4 concept films.

Client work stays confidential. We do not publish client documents or name clients without their permission.
